Traditional Commercial Mortgage Lending Services
ICCC's Traditional Commercial Mortgage Financing Services provide each
applicant with commercial underwriting and access to financing from $500,000 to $25 million.
Qualification for financing is not based on the applicant's income.
Qualification for financing is based, primarily, on the income of the property.
The minimum loan request amount is $500,000.
Application Instructions:
- Submit an e-mail to info@independentcapitalcreditcorp.com with your name, address, phone number and email address along with a
description of the project and the amount of funds requested.
- We will reply and email the appropriate application to you.
- When we receive your application, it will be reviewed and your project
may be pre-qualified.
- If your project is pre-qualified, specific information will be requested.
- While the project is being underwritten, an appraisal will be ordered.
- If all of the information is acceptable, a conditional commitment letter
will be issued
- Proceed to closing.
- Proceed to funding.
